Dr Pabani graduated as a medical doctor in 1978. He later worked as a hospital medical officer in various hospitals in different disciplines of medicine i.e. surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics, and gynaecology, internal medicine, orthopaedics, ear, nose and throat.
In 1986 he achieved post graduate diploma in Tropical Medicine & Hygiene at the University of Liverpool, England. Later that year, he was elected as a fellow of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.
In 1986 he supervised a survey - Baseline family health project- in a district (the size of Wales) in Zimbabwe as a Government Medical Officer. Funded by the United Nation Development Program.
All along his main interest was PAIN RELIEF ; using a holistic approach. In 1991 he graduated as An Acupuncturist at British College of Acupuncture. He also attended many conferences in relation to Pain Management and Investigation using a Thermographic Imaging Technique.
After having done extensive Self- Funded research in pain, he has developed his own technique that he names MUSCLE REALIGNMENT THERAPY.
He has been in practice at the Pain Relief Centre for the last 21 years during which time hundreds of patients have been treated for painful conditions who would have otherwise have had to be treated surgically.
